The Chicago Uniform Company is dedicated to complete customer satisfaction. Roscoe’s team of tenured professionals are an important part of providing the highest quality of service. That is why we will continue to praise the people who are part of the uniform rental company to the moon and back. We discussed the recognition program we have in place for team members in a previous blog post and strive to show our appreciation for team members that go above and beyond.
It happens every so often that uniform wearers will forget items in their pockets and either they inform us or we find them. That is why the uniform rental company advises all new wearers to always check their pockets before putting their garments in the soiled pile. Also, if pens, markers, food and other substances are left behind and a Roscoe Team Member does not retrieve it, it could end up staining all the garments turned in by your company. It is best practice.
A couple weeks ago a wearer at Xten Industries left a USB stick in his pocket. The Route Service Representative was notified and, because all our garments have barcodes, he was able to find the USB and pass it off to the District Service Manager before the uniforms were turned in for processing. The USB contained information on it that ran the machinery and electronic equipment used in their plant so they were extremely grateful for the effort put forth by our team. The uniform rental company is very grateful to Rico Rivera and Sergio Pena for handling this situation so swiftly.
Another heroic moment from District Service Manager Sergio Pena with an assist from our Production Team in the form of another lost item. An ID card was found as our Production Team was sorting through garments and Pena returned it Bridgford Foods Corp the following day much to the surprise of the wearer, who didn’t even know it was lost.
More recently, the uniform rental company’s Production Team found a wallet and District Service Manager Jeff Delazzer returned it to its rightful owner at Battery Builders, Inc. Needless to say, the wearer is relieved.
A district service manager’s responsibilities include proactive communication, quick response to inquiries and actively looking to enhance customer value. A route service representatives responsibilities include ensuring completeness of delivery, inspection of merchandise, continuous communication with contact and cleaning the garment drop-off and pick-up area. Roscoe wants to thank these individuals for truly living our mission statement and taking PRIDE in their work day in and out.
The uniform rental company is constantly looking to improve its service and customer experience. Therefore, we conduct an annual customer satisfaction survey to find out if Roscoe is meeting and exceeding our customer’s standards. Recently completed through market research firm Market Measurement we want to say we appreciate your honest feedback in completing the survey and highly take it into consideration.
Many thanks to our awesome team members for taking such wonderful care of our customers and to our customers for helping us improve. Contact a uniform rental company representative to share a heroic moment you witnessed by one of our team members.
