The recent Spring Mat Contest has improved Roscoe’s sales through the summer and boosted our customer satisfaction ratings – effectively enhancing our position as a leading textile rental company in the Chicago market. Roscoe has also created four Task Forces, led by dedicated Team Members, to continue our focus on customer service.
Three major changes have been set in play solidifying our insistence on providing superior products and services.
First, Roscoe Team Leaders are looking to expand our side-elastic offerings to cotton and flame resistant apparel. Roscoe’s Route Service Representatives are currently wear testing cargo pants. We have offered side-elastic pants since the first of the year exclusively to 65/35 work apparel wearers; with great results. We are excited to offer our customers a product they fully enjoy. Roscoe will be the only company in the market that exclusively offers a more comfortable value-added product.
Second, Roscoe has been wash and steam tunnel testing emblem suppliers and decided to return to Penn Emblem as a result of their superior color retention and emblem quality. Our emblems will look brighter after repeated washings, presenting an image that Roscoe and your company can take pride in.
The final major change that is currently happening – Roscoe is transitioning to Gurtler Industries, a family owned supplier whose values are in-sync with ours. We are certain this move is going to produce great results.
Sound off if you are pleased with the new changes, have an issue, concern or idea – we take PRIDE in responding to our customer needs.
