In the wake of a very successful 2019, we’re starting off the new year with a team reorganization that highlights our evolving leadership and sets the stage for the continued improvement of the processes and customer service that drive everything we do.
As a family-owned and operated business approaching a 100-year anniversary, we are incredibly grateful for the team members who have made our success possible with their continued focus on, and commitment to, the success of our clients.
With an average tenure of 13 years, our team members are the reason we have been able to post record-breaking customer satisfaction levels.
First-rate customer service starts with a first-rate team, and the six employees taking on new responsibilities under the reorganization of our Sales, Service, Corporate Apparel and Maintenance-Fleet-Utility teams are a first-rate group.
Industry Veterans and Dedicated Sales and Customer Service Leaders Take on New Roles
Mark Stedman, an industry veteran and Roscoe team member of over 35 years who serves on the Strategic Planning Team, has been named to the newly-created position of Director of Sales and Service.
Fellow strategy team member Jeff DeLazzer is now the Service Team Leader, after two decades as a Route Service Representative, Route Supervisor, and District Service Manager.
Our longest-tenured Sales Representative, Graham Johnson, has been named Sales Team Leader after 11 years of leadership on the Strategic Planning Team.
Julia Buik, a business analyst and fourth-generation member of Roscoe’s founding family, has been named Corporate Apparel Team Leader. Also a member of the Strategic Planning Team, Buik has helped drive the efforts that have made Roscoe an industry leader in technology and innovation.
Yariel Garcia, a former Route Service Representative, has been named a District Service Manager. As a multi-linguist (English, Spanish, French, and he’s learning Serbian) with over 18 years of experience in customer service, Garcia embodies the commitment to lifelong learning that underpins Roscoe culture.
Israel Cartagena has been named Maintenance, Fleet, and Utility Team Leader after a long and successful tenure as Service Team Leader. Cartagena’s skill, energy, and enthusiasm are matched by his deep expertise and background in the industry.
Roscoe President Jim Buik said the promotions were evidence of a wealth of talent and leadership driving the company forward as we approach our 100th anniversary in 2021.
“I am forever grateful that Roscoe has such depth in leadership as we continue to grow and evolve as one of the top independent operators in the nation and certainly the best choice for Chicago Area Organizations,” Buik said.
