You can have the best-looking, most comfortable uniforms in the world, but if they don’t get delivered to you on time, they don’t do you much good. For many industries, employee uniforms are a necessary tool for the job. And without them, it can delay or completely stop production. That’s why Roscoe Uniform has invested in state-of-the-art technology and industry certification alongside our people-focused process to make sure your uniforms are consistently correct and delivered on time (and they look and feel great, too!)
RFID Employee Uniform Tracking
Barcodes and unobtrusive RFID tags are added to every employee’s uniform garment. The RFID tag holds a wealth of information about each piece of clothing, including handling instructions, repair requests, wearer information, garment age, and more. RFID tags also allow us to track every garment as it moves through the laundering process at our facility and delivery fulfillment. We always know where every piece of clothing is, so nothing gets lost, and it makes it back to your employee.
Thorough Employee Uniform Inspection Process & Finishing
When uniforms come into our facility, they are instantaneously scanned and sorted for laundering. Once thoroughly cleaned, a Roscoe team member personally inspects each garment. We catch 98% of repairs and maintenance requirements during our inspection process. First, garments needing repair are scanned. Then, repair information is housed on the RFID tag. Finally, our finishing system, the first of its kind in the US, produces a wrinkle-free work uniform that will enhance your team’s image.
Automated Garment Sorting
We might be biased, but this is one of the coolest parts of the process. Once garments have been inspected and repairs have been made, they go through our automated sorting machine. Using the same RFID technology, conveyor belts quickly move garments and marry them into their correct bundles. The automated sorting machine streamlines what was once a labor-intensive process so that employees can dedicate more time to garment inspections and maintenance. This increases the accuracy of customer-ready bundles.
Dedicated Customer Team
At Roscoe, customer service is the heart of everything we do. We believe so strongly in taking care of our customers that we dedicate 3-5 consistent customer care team members to each customer account. While technology improves efficiency, people are part of every step of the process, ensuring uniforms are clean, well-maintained, and delivered on time. Our route service reps have the longest average tenure in the industry. This means you have real people looking out for your best interests and responding to your questions or concerns. Knowledgeable, friendly, and dedicated to customer excellence – that’s the Roscoe customer service difference.
Industry Certification
Roscoe’s ISO 9001:2015 certification has given us a holistic approach to continuous improvement. By tracking our processes and service calls, we’ve refined our Quality Management System, resulting in more responsive customer service, better account management, and products that meet your needs. We’re HACCP Food Safety Certified and TRSA Hygienically Clean Certified for laundering food production employee garments. We were also the first industrial launderer to become TRSA Clean Green certified.
